Yes, raiding in Destiny 2 is a fickle thing. Come November 10, 2020, the Raids Leviathan, Eater of Worlds, Spire of Stars, Crown of Sorrow, and Scourge of the Past will no longer be available to play.

Raids are special events held at gyms. Theyre indicated by either a giant egg or a Pokémon hovering over the gym with a timer. Once the timer ticks down above the egg, it will hatch, revealing the raid boss.
