Picnicking and facilities. The Childrens Garden picnic area is open to all guests unless reserved for a special program or event. Carryout lunches, boxed water, and other beverages are available at the Ginkgo Café in the Visitor Center. You may also bring your own food.
Are backpacks allowed at the Dallas Arboretum?
We are not able to store guests bags or luggage or hold onto it in any way. Please note: for smaller handheld photo equipment, you do not need to pay a commercial garden photography fee – only the price of regular admission and parking are required to enjoy a day and take personal pictures in the garden.
