Is Jenova Clouds mom?

Jenova is actually the mother of Sephiroth, technically. Now in Clouds case, hes been injected with Sephiroth cells, which wiped his memory and gave him his powers. Because of that, and his history with Sephiroth, Cloud has an association with Jenova as mother, since shes the source of where everything started.
